Public Hearing: A request of Robert Dietrich, applicant and owner, for
approval of a variance as permitted by the Unified Development Code,
Ordinance No. 2000-T, to allow a reduction of the 100' setback for a
proposed accessory structure on a lot over one acre in the Single-Family
Residential-1 (R-1) District (Section 2.5.3.1(b)), to wit:

FORA RESIDENCE IN SUBURBAN RESIDENTAL-15 (SR-15) ZONING DISTRICT
Public Hearing: A request of Rafael Azevedo, applicant on behalf of Adrian
Gomez, owner, to allow variances as permitted by the Unified Development
Code, Ordinance No. 2000-T, to allow: (1) a six and half foot (6'-6") high
decorative fence within the front yard in lieu of the four-foot (4') permitted; (2)
a seven-foot (7') high PBR metal panel (purlin bearing R panel) fence within
