RESOLUTION NO. R2022-70
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing a
variance to Chapter 4, Alcoholic Beverages, of the City's Code of Ordinances,
authorizing the sale of mixed beverages by a food and beverage certificate
holder at a distance less than 300 feet from a public school property line.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That proposed tenants of the property located at 11940 Broadway, Pearland,
Texas (the "Property") have submitted requests for an alcohol distance variance attached hereto as
Exhibits "A and B."
Section 2. That the City Council hereby approves a variance to Chapter 4, Alcoholic
Beverages, of the City's Code of Ordinances, to allow the sale of mixed beverages by food and
beverage certificate holders on the Property at a distance less than 300 feet from a public school
property line.
