CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Layni Cade opened the meeting for the P&Z Regular Meeting at 10:08 P.M.

Also present were Deputy City Attorney Lawrence Provins, Planning Manager Martin Griggs,
Senior Planner Mohamed Bireima, Planner Samin Bazargan, and Office Assistant Shelby Lowe.
Chairperson Cade read into the record the items on the consent agenda.
CONSENT AGENDA
All items listed under the "Consent Agenda" are considered to be routine and require little or no
deliberation by the P&Z Commission. These items will be enacted /approved by one motion
unless a commissioner requests separate action on an item, in which event the item will be
removed from the Consent Agenda and considered by separate action (ix. Matters removed from
Consent Agenda). Approval of the Consent Agenda enacts the items of legislation.

Deputy City Attorney Provins recommend that the first two items are presented and voted on

A request of Abrahim Nimroozi of West Belt Surveying, Inc., on behalf of the Pasadena
Independent School District, owner: to approve the Preliminary Plat of Pasadena ISD Thompson
Intermediate School creating 1 lot on 20.960 acres, described to wit:

SECTION 22 PLAT 21-00015
A request of Zach Zarse, of LJA Surveying, Inc., the applicant; on behalf of Savannah
Development, LTD., owner; for approval of the Final Plat of Stewart Heights Section 22 creating
49 single family lots, and 3 reserves on 16.782 acres of land located north of County Road 58,
east of the Fort Bend County Line, and west of Savannah Parkway.
Legal Description:
A subdivision of 16.782 acres of land situated in the J.S. Talmage Survey, Abstract 566, and the
A.C.H.&B. Survey, Abstract 403, Brazoria County, Texas.

approve, Commissioner Earles seconded the motion.

Plat of Reserve at Briana Dee. PLAT 21-00020.
CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION — FINAL PLAT OF RESERVE AT BRIANA DEE
PLAT 21-00020
A request of John Camarillo, of the Miller Survey Group, the applicant; on behalf of Charleston
CMI Ltd., owner; for approval of the Final Plat of Reserve at Briana Dee to create 1 reserve and
dedicate street right of way of varying width on ±1.5547 acres of land located on the north side of
State Highway 6 about 850 feet west of the Fort Bend County line in the City of Pearland ETJ.
Legal Description:
Being a plat of 1.5547 acres of land located in the A.B. Langerman Survey, Abstract 456, Fort
Bend County, Texas.

Planning Manager Griggs presented the staff report with exhibits. Planning Manager Griggs

Plat of Reserve at Briana Dee. PLAT 21-00020. Commissioner Dansby made a motion to
approve, Commissioner Henrichs seconded the motion.
Motion passed 7-0
DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Commissioners Activity Report—Commissioner Isenberg discussed Unbound Houston, a
group in opposition to human trafficking & how the P&Z Commissions has helped by
approving the massage parlor CUP process.
2. Next P&Z Regular Meeting — May 03, 2021.
