'A. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION - Final Plat of Crawford
Subdivision, a 10.6002 acre subdivision out of lots 13 and 13 1/z of the H.
Masterson Subdivision of section 5, H.T. & B. R. R. Co. Survey, Abstract
No. 237, Brazoria County, Texas, According to the map or plat recorded in
volume 28, page 6 of the deed records of Brazoria County, Texas.
B. CONSIDERSATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION - Final Plat of Victory Plaza,
a subdivision of 1.7416 acres in the T.J. Green Survey, Abstract No. 198,
Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas.
Variance Request:
1. Requesting •a variance from the requirement of a 150 foot front
property line.
C. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION - Zoning Application No. 299
Request of Thomas A. Amundsen, owner, for an amendment to the Land
Use and Urban Development Ordinance of said City from Classification
Suburban Development (SD) to Light Industrial District (M-1) on the
following described property, to wit:
Being 4.9902 ac., being the -N. 1/2 Lot 47, HT & BRA Co. Survey,
Section 85, A-304, according to the plat recorded in Volume 2, pg.
107, Brazoria Co., TX (1939 C.R. 93)
D. DISCUSSION AND REVIEW - Don Baker's resignation.
