property, to wit:

Being 51.412ac. and all lots 27 & 44, and a portion of lots 42,
45,46,47& 48 out of the George W. Jenkins subdivision in
Vol. 2, pg. 20, A-111, deed records of Brazoria Co., TX
2. Application 294: R. West Development Co., agent
Houston Pine Hollow Associates, owner
Being 45.6928 ac., being all of lots 39 & 40, a portion of lots 41,
42,45,46,47, & 48 out of the George W. Jenkins subdivision in
Vol. 2, pg. 20, deed records of Brazoria Co., TX
