the first step in the process of the Shadow Creek Ranch project.
Commissioner Pat Lopez made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Emil Beltz, to
approve the General Land Use Plan for Shadow Creek Ranch.
Motion to approve passed 4 to 0.
B. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION - Zoning Application No. 420
Request of owners for an amendment to the Land Use and Urban Development
Ordinance of said City from Classification Suburban Development (SD) to General

area.
Commissioner Emil Beltz made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Pat Lopez, to
approve Zone Change Application No. 420.
The motion to approve passed 4 to 0.
