I. CALL TO ORDER II. Commissioner Pat Lopez made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Emil Beltz, to approve the General Land Use Plan for Shadow Creek Ranch. Motion to approve passed 4 to 0. B. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION - Zoning Application No. 420 Request of owners for an amendment to the Land Use and Urban Development Ordinance of said City from Classification Suburban Development (SD) to General Business (GB) on the following described properties, to wit: Legal Description: Being 4.71 acre tract out of the HT & B RR Co. survey, sect 85, A-304, according to the plat records of Brazoria Co., TX Owner: Agent: Palm Properties P.O. The proposed zone change is compatible with the surrounding area. Commissioner Emil Beltz made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Pat Lopez, to approve Zone Change Application No. 420. Commissioner Emil Beltz made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Jack Mathis, to approve Zone Change Application No. 419. The motion to approve passed 4 to 0. D. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION - Zoning Application No. 505 Request of owners for an amendment to the Land Use and Urban Development Ordinance of said City from Classification Suburban Development (SD) to Commercial District (C) on the following described property, to wit: Legal Description: Owner: Being 1.1404 acre tract out of a 2.27 acre tract out of Lot 9, the NE Vs of the SE 'A of Sect. 14, HT & B RR Co. survey, A-509, Plat Records of Brazoria CO., TX (6319 Cottonwood) David Wayne & Ivy Dale Wilson P.O. A mini storage facility and manufacturing facility are located near the property. Commissioner Pat Lopez made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Jack Mathis, to approve Zone Change Application No. 505. The motion to approve passed 4 to 0. E. The park has five existing mobile homes and limits would refer to the density per ordinance. Commissioner Pat Lopez made a motion, seconded by Commission Jack Mathis, to approve Zone Change Application No. 495. The motion to approve passed 4 to 0. F.
