West Oaks, Section 1 -A, and being a 1.5255 Acre tract of land out of a
7.7789 acre tract of land as recorded in CAB. 19, Sht. 55 -56, Brazoria
County Map records in the H.T. & B.R.R. Survey, A -241, Pearland,
Brazoria County, Texas.
B. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION - Application No. 69.
Request of Perry Brizendine, agent for George H. McCaa, owner; for an
amendment to the Land Use and Urban Development Ordinance from
Classification Suburban Development District (SD) to Commercial District
(C) on the following described property, to -wit:
1.00 acre of land out of a 3.144 acre tract of land out of Lot 23 of the
Allison- Richey Gulf Coast Home Company's Suburban Gardens
Subdivision of Section 8, H.T. & B. R.R. Co. Survey, A -504, Brazoria
County, Texas, said subdivision recorded in Vol. 2, pg. 23, of the Plat
Records of Brazoria County, Texas (6905 Broadway).

1. Long range goals on newly annexed area of Hwy 518.
