I. CALL TO ORDER
U. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes of December 5, 1994
III. NEW BUSINESS
A. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION - Per article 7, Section
7.01(c) of the Charter - Determination of the Validity of the Excuse of
Commissioner Robert Larsen for Absence from Three Consecutive Planning
and Zoning Commission Meetings (Meetings of December 5, 1994,
November 14, 1994 and November 7, 1994).
B. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION - FINAL PLAT,
Magnolia Estates, Section 1, 8.0691 acres being out of Lot 1, O.W. Willits
Subdivision, W.D.C. Hall League, A-70, (Volume 3, Page 65 BCPR) and
being all of and a replat of Minnetex Acres, (Volume 16,Page 294 BCPR),
Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas.
C. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION - FINAL PLAT, PINE
OAKS SUBDIVISION, being a 9.4863 acre tract of land being Lot 24 of the
Allison Richey Gulf Coast Home Company's Suburban Gardens Subdivision
of Section 7, located in the H.T. & B. R.R. Co. Survey, Abstract 219, in
Brazoria County, Texas.
D. DISCUSSION - PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE.
IV. NEXT MEETING DATE: January 23, 1995, immediately following the Joint
Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers
