following described property, to -wit;
A Subdivision of 4.6056 acre tract of the W. D. C. Hall Survey, A -23, Harris
County, Texas (Green Tee Terrace, Section 6).

SUBDIVISION, 1.80 Acres, 2 Lots and 1 Block; A subdivision of a portion
of Lot 13 of West Friendswood Subdivision a subdivision of 1260 acres of
land out of the Perry and Austin League, Abstract 111, Brazoria County and
Abstract 20, Galveston County, Texas according to the Map or Plat thereof
recorded in Volume 1, Page 96, Deed Records Brazoria County, Texas, and
being a part of a 3.61 acre tract as recorded in Volume 1233, Page 558, Deed
