A. CONSIDERATION AN POSSIBLE ACTION - SPECIFIC USE NO. 35,
recommendation to City Council on the request of Mr. & Mrs. William
Grote, owners, for a Specific Use Permit to allow ratites (emus) to be raised
in a Single Family Dwelling (R -1) District, on the following described
property, to -wit:
A 2.0025 acre tract of land out of Lot 92 of the George W. Jenkins
Subdivision in the W.D.C. Hall League, Abstract 70, Brazoria
County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 79, Page 616 of the Deed
Records of Brazoria County, Texas (1510 Hastings - Friendswood
Rd.).
B. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION - FINAL PLAT
BARTLETT PLAZA, Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas. A replat of 4.000
acres being part of lot 32. Zychlinsky Subdivision, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Volume 29, Page 43, deed records, Brazoria County,
Texas.
