APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes of July 11, 1994
A motion to approve the minutes of the 7 -11 -94 meeting, was made by Commissioner Marshall
Eggers, seconded by Commissioner Robert Larsen.
Motion Passed 7 to 0.
Minutes of July 14, 1994
A motion to approve the corrected minutes of the 7 -14 -94 meeting, was made by Commissioner
Robert Larsen, seconded by Commissioner Kevin Cole. (Correction to reflect Commissioners
Marshall Eggers and Charles Philipp were absent from the 7 -14 -94 meeting).

Motion Passed 7 to 0.
NEW BUSINESS
Recommendation to City Council on Application No 46 Fred Cessac, William Chase and
Thomas J. Grace, owners, were present requesting an Amendment to the Land Use and Urban
Development Ordinance from Classification General Business (GB) District to Multi - Family (MF)
and Commercial (C) Districts.
Owner Thomas J. Grace, et al, stated his name did not appear on the agenda for the Joint Public
Hearing or the Planning & Zoning Meeting, however, his property was depicted on the snap. He is
in favor of the zone change.
Division Director Richard Burdine stated the names are not significant as long as the map was
accurate. Mr. Grace's naive did not appear on the application, which is why he was not listed as an
owner.
Vice Chairman Pat Lopez made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Charles Philipp, to approve
Application No. 46 for an Amendment to the Land Use and Urban Development Ordinance from
Classification General Business (GB) District to Multi - Family (MF) and Commercial (C) District.
Motion Passed 7 to 0.
Director's Report:
Richard Burdine asked the Commission if they were interested in subscribing to the "Planning
Commission Journal ".
It was the consensus of the Commission to subscribe to the publication.
