DESHAZER, CITY MANAGER FROM: ERNESTO BUENROSTRO, BUILDING OFFICIAL DATE: DECEMBER 5, 1990 SUBJECT: PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING OF DECEMBER 4, 1990 At their meeting of December 4, 1990, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered the preliminary plat of the M. S. Campbell Subdivision. It was moved by Leroy Savoie, seconded by Mary Starr, that this plat be approved subject to the following stipu- lations: 1) the centerline of Dixie Farm Road is to be added to the plat, 2) the pipeline easement of Texas Eastern is to be added to the plat, and 3) the 100' building setback from the pipeline is to be shown as 100' from the pipeline easement it- self. Motion passed 6 to 0. The Commission also considered the final plat of this subdivi- sion. It was moved by Clyde Starns, seconded by Benny Frank, that the final plat of M. S. Campbell Subdivision be approved subject to the aforementioned stipulations with the additional requirement that the names of the Drainage District Commissioners be typed or printed underneath their signatures. APPROVAL OF MINUTES It was moved by Leroy Savoie, seconded by Clyde Starns that the Minutes of the Special Meeting of November 13, 1990, be approved as presented. Motion passed 4 to 0, with Mary Starr abstaining. It was moved by Benny Frank, seconded by Clyde Starns, that the Minutes of the Special Meeting of November 19, 1990, be approved as presented.
