Hall Survey, Abstract 123 and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows; Beginning at a set 5/8" iron rod marking the most northwesterly corner of Lot 208, Block 4, Green Tee Terrace, Section 2 according to the plat thereof recorded in Vol. 172, Pg. 11, Harris County Map Records. It was moved by Benny Frank, seconded by Helen Beckman, that the plat be approved subject to the erasure of the notation "Certifi- cate of Council" from the plat. Motion passed 6 to 0. The Commission also considered the final plat of Green Tee Ter- race. It was moved that the plat be approved subject to the erasure of the notation "Certificate of Council" from the plat. Motion passed 6 to 0. M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, 3519 LIBERTY DRIVE, PEARLAND, TEXAS The meeting was called to order with the following present: Chairman Al Lentz Vice Chairman Leroy Savoie Commissioner Clyde Starns Commissioner Benny Frank Commissioner Mary Starr Commissioner Helen Beckman Building Official Ernesto Buenrostro Assistant City Secretary Pat Vaught Absent: Commissioner James Garner had an excused absence. APPROVAL OF MINUTES It was moved by Mary Starr, seconded by Helen Beckman, that the Minutes of the Meeting of March 6, 1990, be approved as submit- ted. Motion passed 4 to 0, with Leroy Savoie and Benny Frank abstain- ing. NEW BUSINESS PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GREEN TEE TERRACE, SECTION FIVE, A SUBDIVI- SION OF 0.4902 ACRES OUT OF THE W.D.C. HALL SURVEY, A-23, PEARLAND, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, GOLFCREST COUNTRY CLUB, OWNER Building Official Ernesto Buenrostro advised that the plat had been reviewed and revised by the Staff and he recommended approval contingent upon the notation "Certificate of Council" being erased from the preliminary as well as the final plat. It was moved by Benny Frank, seconded by Helen Beckman, that the preliminary plat of Green Tee Terrace, Section Five, be approved. In discussion, the Commission considered drainage, proximity to the floodway and zoning of the area which was determined to be R- 1. It was suggested the motion be amended to include removal of the notation "Certificate of Council." The maker and the seconder of the motion agreed to amend the motion accordingly. Motion passed 6 to 0. FINAL PLAT OF GREEN TEE TERRACE, SECTION FIVE, A SUBDIVISION OF 0.4902 ACRES OUT OF THE W.D.C. HALL SURVEY, A-23, PEARLAND, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, GOLFCREST COUNTRY CLUB, OWNER The Commission discussed utility easements and building lines which were determined to be covered by Ordinance No. 509, the zoning ordinance of the City. It was moved by Clyde Starns, seconded by Benny Frank, that the final plat of Green Tee Terrace be approved subject to the remov- al of the notation "Certificate of Council." Motion passed 6 to 0.
