ELECTION OF MAYOR PRO TEM It was moved by Councilmember Richardson, seconded by Councilmember Weber, to nominate Councilmember Richard Tetens as Mayor Pro Tem. Motion passed unanimously. Mayor Pro Tem Tetens presented out-going Councilmembers David Smith and D. A. Miller each with a plaque, their Council portrait, and nameplate. A round of applause was given both Mr. Smith and Mr. Miller. RESOLUTION NO. R95-32, RECOGNIZING THE SERVICES AND CONTRIBUTIONS OF DAVID L. ISTRATION OF OATH OF OFFICE TO NEWLY ELECTED OFFICIALS Justice of the Peace Bill Todd administered the Oaths of Office to Councilmembers Helen Beckman and Kevin Cole. A standing ovation was given Mr. Smith, who offered his thanks and gratitude for all the honors bestowed on him. City Manager Paul Grohman informed that Mr. Smith has been our representative on the Clear Creek Watershed Committee for many years and asked Council to give consideration in allowing him to remain in this position.
