A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, amending a
unit supply contract for general plumbing services with Boyer, Inc., in the
additional amount of $16,200.00 (total amount of $40,200.00).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City hereby amends a unit supply contract with K. R. Allen Industrial
Services, LLC, in the additional amount of $16,200.00.
Section 2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute an
amended contract for general plumbing services.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 28th day of February, A.D., 2022.
