6:33 p.m.

David Selsky made the motion to approve Items from the consent agenda and P&Z
Cummissiuner Mary Starr seconded the motion. Item B was remuved truer the Consent

Associate Planner Vince Hustead intormed that the subdivision agreement was in the
process of being finalized. Deputy City Attorney Lawrence Province added to the response
that the ayreemer it would be finalized with conditions.
Vice-Chairpersun Thumas Duncan made the motion tu approve Item C trum the Cunsent
Agenda, P&Z Commissioner David Selsky seconded the motion.
