P&Z Vice -Chairperson made the motion to approve the Preliminary Plat of Canterbury Park Seutiun 4 and P&Z Commissioner seuunded the motion. The vote was 6-0. The Preliminary Plat of Canterbury Park Section 4 was approved. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION — FINAL PLAT OF PROVINCE VILLAGE RESIDENTIAL TRACT A A request of Rene Rudriguec, LJA Engineering, the applicant; un behalf of Chris Lynch, Gehan Homes, owner; tor approval ot the Final Plat ot Province Village Residential Tract A creating 17 residential lots and 4 reserves located on 5.125 acres of land, to wit: Legal Description: A subdivision ot 5.125 acres ot land situated in the W.U.C. P&Z Vice -Chairperson I homas Duncan asked what the final result was tor the underground power. Associate Planner Vinue Hustead answered that the 17 lots changed due to issues trom the power company. Re added that CenterPoint worked with the applicant to move the utility easements from the rear of the property to the front of the property. Assuuiate Planner Vinue Hustead read the letter trum the puwer uumpany requesting the move. P&Z Vice -Chairperson I homas Duncan asked it the tencing requirements along Green Tee Drive had been met. Mr. Alan Mueller, Representative for applicant, explained that a uumbination ut a 3tt. retaining wall and a 6ft. brick fenue would Be installed fur fencing. Assistant City Engineer Richard Mancilla explained that a traftiu analysis is requested trum a developer to help engage their impact to city's traffic studies. P&Z Vice -Chairperson Thomas Duncan explained the tratflu Studies fur different muniuipalities. The vute was 6-0. The Final Plat of Province Village Residential Tract A was approved. P&Z Commissioner David Selsky made a motion to approve the Final Plat of Stewart Heights Seutiun n 1, and P&Z Cummissiur ren Mary Starr sewunded the motion to approve. The vote was 6-0.
