Staff to meet with owner to process zone change. b. ZONE CHANGE 2016-05Z: Kirby south of Broadway. R-E and R-2 to GB. Approved. c. ZONE CHANGE 2015-14Z: Ivy District. Modern Green PD to Ivy District.
