EXCUSED ABSENCE
1. Approve the Minutes of the November 21, 2016, Regular P&Z Meeting.
2. Excuse the absences of P&Z Chairperson Daniel Tunstall and P&Z
Commissioner David Selsky from the November 21, 2016 P&Z Regular
Meeting.
B. CONSIDERATION & POSSIBLE ACTION — PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
RIVERSTONE RANCH PUBLIC PARK
A request of Jennifer Curtis of BGE / Kerry R. Gilbert & Associates, on behalf
of Shannon Wiespape of Meritage Homes, owner: to approve the Preliminary
Plat of Riverstone Ranch Public Park creating 3 reserves, described to wit:
