CALL TO ORDER
P&Z Chairperson Jerry Koza, Jr. called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. with the
following present:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
P&Z Vice-Chairperson Richard Golden made the motion to approve the minutes of the
P&Z Regular Meeting of May 7, 2012, and P&Z Commissioner Neil West seconded.
The vote was 4-0. The minutes of the P&Z Regular Meeting of May 7, 2012 were
approved.
EXCUSE ABSENCES
P&Z Vice-Chairperson Richard Golden made the motion to excuse the absence of P&Z
Chairperson Jerry Koza, Jr. from the May 7, 2012 Regular P&Z Meeting, and P&Z
Commissioner Neil West second.
The vote was 3-0. P&Z Chairperson Jerry Koza, Jr.'s absence was excused. P&Z
Chairperson Jerry Koza, Jr. abstained from voting.
NEW BUSINESS
CONSIDERATION & POSSIBLE ACTION — FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
