REQUIRED IN THE R-2 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL -2 DISTRICT)
A request by Jody Herrera, applicant/owner, for approval of a Variance from
Section 2.4.2.6(C)(1)(b) for a minimum of lot width of 50 feet where 70 feet is
