ESTATE DISTRICT) ZONING DISTRICT
A request by Erica Stephens Applicant/Owner, for Variance from the
requirements of the Unified Development Code Section 2.4.2.2 (c)(1)(b) to
allow a minimum of ninety foot (90') wide lots where one - hundred and twenty
