Monday, March 3, 2008 6:00 p.m. Workshop: To discuss UDC Amendments Training: To discuss Laptops To discuss Platting Procedures Both of the attached agendas are posted for the same time. Most likely, we will begin the night in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. for a Joint Workshop with City Council. This meeting will last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. When the Joint Workshop is completed, we will proceed upstairs to the 2nd floor conference room and begin our Training, with our IT Manager giving each of you your laptops. We will also have available a CD of last months Joint Public Hearing and P&Z Agenda, for you to become familiar with the new procedure using laptops. Following this training, our Plans and Plat Administrator, Richard Keller, will provide a powerpoint demonstration on Platting Procedures. There are no plats to consider for this meeting. Dinner will arrive at 5:15 p.m.
