A request by Jason R. Banda, LJA Engineering & Surveying, Inc., for SCR
C2OB Development, L.P., owner, for approval of a Preliminary Plat
subdivision of 4.691 acres zoned PUD into one lot for commercial use. The
property is located north of Shadow Creek Parkway between Reflection Bay
Drive and Kirby Drive and is described as follows:
4.691 acres of land located in the T.C.R.R. Co. Survey Section 3, Abstract
No. 678, City of Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas.
B. CONSIDERATION & POSSIBLE ACTION - Waiver Request - Preliminary
Plat of Stonebridge Section Two
A request by Gerald W. Grissom, Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc., for Musgrave
-Gro hman Ventures, Ltd., owner, for approval of a Waiver Request of the
decision time associated with the subject plat in accordance with Section
3.1.1.4 (b) of the Unified Development Code.
