A. CONSIDERATION & POSSIBLE ACTION — Final Plat of Terra Nostra Estates
A request by Christian Offenburger, Boundary One, LLC, for Alex Guardado for
approval of a Final Plat subdivision of a .9998-acre parcel zoned Low Density Single
Family (R-1) into one lot for single-family residential use. The property is located on
Linda Lane north of Hughes Ranch Road, and is described as follows:
Being 0.9998 acre of land out of Lot 21 of the Allison Richey Gulf Coast Home
Company Subdivision of Section 20 as recorded in Volume 2, Page 24, Brazoria
County Plat Records in the H.T. & B.R.R. Company Survey, A-506, City of Pearland,
Brazoria County, Texas.
