approval of a Partial Replat of 2.488 acres in the Hickory Place Subdivision as the Randle
Place Final Plat, for one lot for residential use. The subject property is located at 1325
Bryan Court, and is described as follows:
2.488 acres of land out of the H.T. & B.R.R. Co. Survey, Abstract 310, City of Pearland,
