B. CONSIDERATION & POSSIBLE ACTION — Specific Use Permit Application No. 151
A request by Voice Stream Houston, Inc., applicant for Randy A. and Connie L. Lange,
owners, for an amendment to the Land Use and Urban Development Ordinance of said
City, for approval of a Specific Use Permit for "Radio or Television or Microwave Towers
(Commercial)" in the Light Industrial District (M-1(S)), on the following described property,
to wit:
