Ordinance of said City, to consider an amendment to Section 22.7 Sidewalks, of the City of Pearland
Land Use and Urban Development Ordinance (Ordinance No. 509).
F. CONSIDERATION & POSSIBLE ACTION - FINAL RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT OF
SHADOW CREEK RANCH BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE EXTENSION
A request by Jason R. Banda, LJA Engineering & Surveying, Inc. for Pearland Investments, LLP, for
approval of a Final Right-of-Way Plat of 6.362 acres in Shadow Creek Ranch for the extension of
Business Center Drive south of Discovery Bay Drive. The plat is located at the eastern end of the
Shadow Creek Ranch PUD, and is described as follows:
6.362 acres, being out of the William Morris Survey, Abstract 344, City of Pearland, Brazoria County,

A request by John English, Rekha Engineering, for Renee McGuire for approval of a Final Plat

property is north of Ravenwood Estates at the end of Quail Run Drive, near the intersection of Bailey
and Harkey, and is described as follows:

546, Brazoria County, Texas and City of Pearland.
H. CONSIDERATION & POSSIBLE ACTION - FINAL PLAT OF G&L ESTATES
A request by Walker Treesh, Surveyor, for owners David and Ana Garcia and Antonio and Isabel
Linares, for approval of a Final Plat subdivision of 1.8239 acres zoned Low Density Single Family (R-
1) into two lots for residential use. The plat is located at the on the northwest corner of Harkey Road
and Terrell Drive, and is described as follows:
Being a subdivision containing 1.8239 acres of land out of the north one-half of the southeast one-
fourth of Section 16, H.T.& B.R.R. Co. Survey (G.C. Smith Survey), Abstract 546, City of Pearland,
Brazoria County, Texas.
I.CONSIDERATION & POSSIBLE ACTION - FINAL PLAT OF NTB PEARLAND
A request by John G. Thomas, R.P.L.S., Thomas Land Surveying, for Milestone Partners, Ltd., for
approval of a Final Plat subdivision of 1.4857 acres zoned Commercial (C) into one lot for commercial
use. The plat is located on the north side of Broadway, east of Dixie Farm Road, and is described as
follows:
Being a subdivision of 1.4857 acres of land out of the W.D.C. Hall League, Abstract No. 70, in the City
