F. CONSIDERATION & POSSIBLE ACTION - FINAL RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT OF SHADOW CREEK RANCH BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE EXTENSION A request by Jason R. Banda, LJA Engineering & Surveying, Inc. for Pearland Investments, LLP, for approval of a Final Right-of-Way Plat of 6.362 acres in Shadow Creek Ranch for the extension of Business Center Drive south of Discovery Bay Drive. The plat is located at the eastern end of the Shadow Creek Ranch PUD, and is described as follows: 6.362 acres, being out of the William Morris Survey, Abstract 344, City of Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas.
