G. CONSIDERATION & POSSIBLE ACTION — Request by owner, Victor R.
Gonzales for a variance from the Subdivision Ordinance that requires all
building permits to be issued to platted lots only.
H. DISCUSSION ITEM — Discussion regarding the development of a Mission
Statement for the Planning and Zoning Commission.
