B. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION — Preliminary Plat of
Fieldstone Village Section 1. @ Silverlake, a subdivision of 28.3628 acres of land
out of the A.C.H. & B. Co. Survey, Abstract No. 415 and the John W. Maxey
Survey, Abstract No. 721, Brazoria County, Texas.
Variance Request:
1. Use of a 20-foot front building line setbacks on lots fronting the bulb

E. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION — Final Plat Clear Creek Park,
Being a subdivision containing 46.9235 acres located in the Thomas J. Green
Survey, A-198, City of Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas.
Variance Request:
1. Use of a 20-foot front building line on the cul-de-sacs.
2. Use of cul-de-sacs greater than 600 feet in length.
