behalf of Norman and Sheila Hicks; for approval of a Variance Permitted in
Section 2.6.1.1 (b) (1) of the Unified Development Code, Ordinance No.
2000-T,to allow approval of the creation of two irregularly shaped lots and a
flag lot described to wit:
