Excuse the absences of P&Z Commissioners Troy Pradia from the September 10, 2018 P&Z Regular Meeting. 2. Approve the P&Z Regular Meeting minutes from the September 10, 2018 meeting. III. NEW BUSINESS: A. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION —VARIANCE FROM THE 3 TO 1 FRONT TO DEPTH RATIO FOR LOTS.
