A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, awarding a
construction contract for Phase IV of the SH 288 Corridor Master Improvement
Plan Project, to Millis Development & Construction, LLC., in the amount of
$18,060,608.76; and authorizing the transfer of funding from PEDC to the City
of Pearland as set forth in the attached reimbursement agreements.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That competitive bids for construction of the SH 288 Corridor Master
Improvement Plan Project have been reviewed and tabulated.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards the proposal to Millis Development &
Construction, LLC., in the amount of $18,060,608.76.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a
construction services contract for the SH 288 Corridor Master Improvement Plan Project.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 8th day of November, A.D., 2021.
