RESOLUTION NO. R2021-271
A Resolution of The City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing
the City Manager or his designee to participate in an interlocal cooperative
pricing arrangement with the Texas Department of Information Resources
(DIR), for the purchase Software/Hardware, from Sequel Data Systems, in
the estimated amount of $250,000.00
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS
Section 1 That contract pricing has been obtained through interlocal cooperative partner
DIR for the purchase of Software/Hardware
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to participate in an
interlocal cooperative pricing arrangement with the DIR for the purchase of Software/Hardware, in
the estimated amount of $250,000 00
