RESOLUTION NO. R2021-272
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, amending a
Construction Manager at Risk contract with CDM-Smith, to include the
Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $2,495,883.23 (Phase 2 Water Plants) and
$2,249,966.89 (Phase 3a Wastewater Plants), for design, programming and
construction phase services associated with the Supervisory Control and Data
Acquisition (SCADA) Project.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS
Section 1 That the City Council hereby amends a Construction Manager at Risk contract
with CDM-Smith, to include the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $2,495,883.23 (Phase 2
Water Plants) and $2,249,966 89 (Phase 3a Wastewater Plants), for design, programming and
construction phase services associated with the SCADA Project.
Section 2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute an
amended Construction Manager at Risk contract for the SCADA Project
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 22nd day of November, A.D , 2021
