NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued
March 16, 2020, the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Pearland will conduct its Joint Special Meeting scheduled on Monday, March 15, 2021, at 6:00
PM, located at City Hall, 3519 Liberty Dr., Pearland, Texas 77581 by telephone or video
conference (preferred) and also in -person with social distancing protocols and restrictions in
order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called "social
distancing") to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The public will be permitted to offer public comments telephonically as first priority and in -person
as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during the meeting.
All virtual participating speakers MUST register in advance (Monday, March 15, 2021, no later
than 12 p.m.). All public comments will occur during Citizen Comments.

• Once the registration form is received, residents will receive either an email or phone call
providing the telephone number to call.
• Speakers must call in at least 30 minutes prior to the meeting start in order to speak, late
callers will not be accepted and will not be able to speak. Speakers will be placed in a
queue until their time to speak.
Handouts or other information must be emailed to citysecretary@pearlandtx.gov no later than
12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. The information will be provided to Mayor and Council in
advance of the meeting.

In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests
that speakers respect the three -minute time limit for individual comments and the five-
minute time limit for an individual speaking on behalf of a group. This is not a
question -answer session, however, it is an opportunity to voice your thoughts with City
Council.
V. PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP
1.
Input and Discussion: A request by Sullivan Brothers Builders, represented
by Scott Burrer, applicant, on behalf of T&B Alexander Family Limited
Partnership, owner, for a joint workshop regarding a proposed Planned
Development for a residential development consisting of approximately 79
narrow -lot, detached single-family homes, on approximately 7.4 acres of land
currently zoned Old Townsite Mixed Use (OT-MU) District and generally
located south of Broadway Street, west of South Galveston Avenue and east
of South Houston Avenue.
Legal Description: Lots 15 through 42, Block 24; and Lots 4 through 10 and
Lots 36 through 48, Block 27 of the old Town of Pearland.

2. Input and Discussion: A request by META Planning + Design LLC,
represented by Jennifer Curtis, applicant, on behalf of TX -Land Parcels, LLC
(CBL Properties), owner, for a joint workshop regarding a proposed
amendment to the Pearland Town Center Planned Development to allow 142
unit detached town home residential development on approximately 14 acres
of land in Sub Area C of the Pearland Town Center Planned Development
District.
