A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, designating
Authorized Officials and Designated Signatories for various purposed
related to the City's Community Development Block Grant -Disaster
Recovery (CDBG-DR) grant program, funded by the U.S. Department of
Housing & Urban Development (HUD) through the Texas General Land
Office.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the following Authorized Officials and Designated Signatories are
hereby authorized to execute documentation required for participation in the CDBG-DR grant
program:
Authorized Officials and Designated Signatories for Contracts
1. J. Kevin Cole, Mayor; or
2. Clay Pearson, City Manager.
Authorized Officials and Designated Signatories for Financial Documents
1. Joel Hardy, Grants/Special Projects Administrator
2. Kristen Woolley, Deputy Director of Finance
3. Clay Pearson, City Manager; or
4. Trent Epperson, Deputy City Manager.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this the 22nd day of March, A. D., 2021.
