It was moved by Councilmember Tetens, seconded by Councilmember Bost, that Council
designate the City Secretary to receive applications for candidacy for the January
16, 1988 Special City Officers' Election for Member of the City Council Position No.
5 (Unexpired Term)
Motion passed 4 to 0.

It was moved by Councilmember Tetens, seconded by Councilmember Frauenberger, that
Ordinance No. 545 be passed and approved on the first and only reading as an
emergency ordinance. Said Ordinance No. 545 reads in caption as follows:
