R2005-0168 10-31-05 RESOLUTION NO. R2005-168 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1 ASSOCIATED WITH THE MAGNOLIA SEWER PROJECT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS: Section 1. Due to unforeseen soil conditions, a wet auger failed three times and the Contractor was forced to dry auger and up the casing size to 20".
