Input and Discussion: A request by Sullivan Brothers Builders, represented by Scott Burrer, applicant, on behalf of T&B Alexander Family Limited Partnership, owner, for a joint workshop regarding a proposed Planned Development for a residential development consisting of approximately 79 narrow-lot, detached single-family homes, on approximately 7.4 acres of land currently zoned Old Townsite Mixed Use (OT-MU) District and generally located south of Broadway Street, west of South Galveston Avenue and east of South Houston Avenue.
