R2021-4 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, awarding a unit price bid for the purchase of water/wastewater treatment chemicals, supplies and analysis services with Napco Chemical Company, in the estimated amount of $447,000.00, for the period of January 26, 2021 through January 25, 2022. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS: S ection 1. That the City obtained bids for the purchase of water/wastewater treatment chemicals, supplies and analysis services. S ection 2. That the City Council hereby awards a unit supply bid to Napco Chemical Company, Inc., in the unit supply amount shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto. S ection 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of water/wastewater treatment chemicals, supplies and analysis services.
