A. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION – IMPACT FEE MEMO
The draft Impact Fee Study was presented and included in a workshop with the Capital
Improvement Advisory Committee (CIAC) on December 4, 2017 and as a
result, the CIAC requested staff to draft a memo of their comments to City
Council.

V. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the “Consent Agenda” are considered to be routine and require

A request of Jason Price, of LJA Engineering, the applicant; on behalf of Savannah
Development, Ltd., owner; for approval of the Final Plat of Stewart Heights at Savannah

Heights Section 11, creating 50 single family lots, and 5 reserves on 18.693 acres of
land located about ¼ of a mile north of County Road 58 and about ¼ of a mile west of

Variance Permitted in Section 2.4.4.5 (c) (1) (c) of the Unified Development
Code, Ordinance No. 2000-T, to reduce the minimum lot depth from 125 feet
to 112.5 feet for an existing lot zoned Old Townsite General Business,

B. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION – VARIANCE FROM MINIMUM LOT
WIDTH, DEPTH, AND AREA TO ALLOW PLATTING OF A LOT.
A request by Dario Murillo, applicant/owner; for approval of a Variance Permitted in
Section 2.4.4.6 (c) (1) (a), (b), and (c), of the Unified Development Code,
Ordinance No. 2000-T, to reduce the minimum lot width from 150 feet to 93
feet, the minimum lot depth from 125 feet to 122 feet, and the minimum lot size
from 22,500 square feet to 11,346 square feet for an existing lot zoned General
Commercial, described to wit:

A request by Chris Hendrick of The Wilson Survey Group, applicant, on behalf of Leticia
Tanvir, owner, for approval of a Variance Permitted in Section 2.6.1.1 (b) (1)
and for approval of a Variance Permitted in Section 2.4.2.2 (c) (1) (b), of the
Unified Development Code, Ordinance No. 2000-T, to allow the creation of two
flag lots within the R-E, Single-Family Estate zoning district on approximately
6.878 acres, described to wit:
Legal Description:
Being a 6.878-acre tract in the H.T. & B.R.R. Co. Survey, Abstract No. 310 and
the J.W. Maxey Survey, Abstract No. 721 in Brazoria County, Texas. Said
6.878-acre tract is in Lot 22 of the Allison Richey Gulf Coast Home Suburban
