A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, ratifying
expenditures with Sprint Waste Services, LP, for dewatered bio-solids
transportation and disposal services, in the additional amount of
$140,240.00 (total contract amount of $490,240.00).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. The City previously contained obtained competitive dewatered bio-solids
transportation and disposal services, and awarded the contract to Sprint Waste Services, LP.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby ratifies additional expenditures, in the
amount of $140,240.00 for a total contract amount of $490,240.00 with Sprint Waste Services,
LP.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 25th day of January, A.D., 2021.
