Medical Campus Subdivision, an addition in the City of Pearland, Brazoria County,
Texas, according to the filed plat recorded in County Clerk's File No. 2005061477 in the
Official Records of Brazoria County, Texas (11100 Shadow Creek Parkway, Pearland,
Texas). Conditional Use Permit Application No CUP20-00015,within the Shadow Creek
Planned Development District, at the request of Martin Delaney, applicant, on behalf of
HCA Houston Healthcare, owner, containing a savings clause, a severability clause,
and an effective date and other provisions related to the subject.
Councilmember Hernandez made the motion, seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Little, to amend
the original motion to include language specifying the fence height to be 4 feet.

Councilmember Little made the motion, seconded by Councilmember Moore, to adopt
