Fire Apparatus Maintenance and Repairs AIR-19-617 D.Consideration and Possible Action - Resolution No. R2019-303 - A Resolution of The City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, approving an amended application submitted by CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp. d/b/a CenterPoint Energy Entex (“CenterPoint”), on or about October 11, 2019, for authority to issue a refund to customers; directing CenterPoint to issue a refund; directing CenterPoint to reimburse the City’s rate case expenses; finding that the meeting complies with the Open Meetings Act; and making other findings and provisions related to the subject. (ASCO), in the estimated amount of $160,000.00., for the period of December 20, 2019 through December 19, 2020. ASCO Heavy Equipment Repair Contract AIR-19-597 F.Consideration and Possible Action - Resolution No. R2019-300 - A Resolution of The City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, authorizing the City Manager or his designee to participate in an interlocal cooperative pricing arrangement with the Houston-Galveston Area Council (HGAC) for the purchase of Fire Department Radio Equipment, from Motorola Solutions, Inc., in the estimated amount of $72,395.71.
