The Service Plan provides for Municipal Services that will be provided by the City immediately effective upon annexation. Because of the small size of the tract, no needed Capital Improvements are anticipated. It is owned by Shadow Creek Ranch and if developed, it would be part of the Shadow Creek Ranch Development.
