Legal Description: Lot "A", Block one (1), amending plat Amegy Bank Cullen Boulevard, a subdivision of 3.395 acres of land, out of the H.T. & B.R.R. survey company, abstract No. 309, City of Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas, a subdivision in Brazoria County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded under document No. 2013057202, of the Official Public Records of Brazoria County, Texas. Application Information and Case Summary: Staff Report: Planning Technician Samin Bazargan reported on the requested Conditional Use Permit C (CUP) to allow for a Cigars, Tobacco or E -Cigarettes Shop (Vape shop). Applicant Presentation: Applicant Fadwa Salem presented a presentation on the requested Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for a Cigars, Tobacco or E -Cigarettes Shop (Vape shop). Planning Commissions/Council Staff Discussion: Planning & Zoning Commission: Commissioner Duncan stated this is not a good location for a Vape shop. Commissioner Starr stated she agrees with Commissioner Duncan that this is not a good location for a Vape shop. Commissioner Isenberg stated he agrees this is not the right location for a Vape shop. Commissioner Tunstall stated this would not be a good location for a Vape shop. r City Council: `L Councilmember Perez stated he would agree that this is not the right location.
