CALL TO ORDER
ZBA Chairperson Dale Pillow called to order the public hearing at 6:00 p.m.
The following were present:

Alternate Board Member John Gehring
Alternate Board Member Jessica Anderson
Also in attendance were: Planning Tech Laura Evans, Deputy City Attorney Nghiem
Doan, Director of Community Development Lata Krishnarao, City Planner Johnna
Matthews, and Office Assistant Jennifer Tatum.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES — September 4, 2014
ZBA Alternate Board Member John Gehring made the motion to approve the Minutes
of the September 4, 2014, ZBA regular meeting, and ZBA Alternate Board Member
Jessica Anderson seconded the motion.
NEW BUSINESS
ZBA APPLICATION NO. 2014-13
Chairperson Dale Pillow opened the public hearing for ZBA Application No. 2014-13 at
6:05 p.m.
Chairperson Dale Pillow read the purpose of the hearing.
CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER
PURPOSE OF HEARING:
A request of Rebecca Ann Harbuck, applicant, and owner; for a Special Exception
permitted in Section 2.7.3.7 (b), of the Unified Development Code, Ordinance No. 2000-
T, to allow for an expansion of a nonconforming structure on the following described
property:

Being lot 10, block 13 out of Sleepy Hollow Estates, a Subdivision of 106.28 acres of
land in the Warren D.C. Hall League Abstract No. 70, Brazoria County, Texas.
General Location: 1802 McGinnis Street, Pearland, TX 77581
STAFF REPORT
Planning Tech Laura Evans read the staff report stating the applicant was asking for
an expansion of a nonconforming structure. Ms. Evans stated that staff recommended
approval.
APPLICANT PRESENTATION
Mr. Reggie Fuller, applicant, stated he was available to answer questions. Mr. Fuller
also provided a "neighbors consent of special exception" form that was signed by 8 of
his neighbors. This form is attached.
PERSONS WISHING TO SPEAK FOR OR AGAINST THE PROPOSED REQUEST
There was no one wishing to speak for or against the proposed request.
ADJOURNMENT OF PUBLIC HEARING
Chairperson Dale Pillow adjourned the public hearing for ZBA Application No. 2014-13
at 6:08 p.m.
CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION
Board Member Nita Griffin made the motion to approve, and Board Don Glenn
seconded.
The vote was 5-0. ZBA Application No. 2014-13 was approved.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Dale Pillow adjourned the public hearing at 6:08p.m.

Neighbors Consent of Special Exception
We have applied for a Special Exception with the Pearland zoning board to extend
the existing RV cover at our resident (1802 McGinnis Drive) to cover our
motorcoach.
The below list of neighbors have agreed to sign this letter which indicates no
opposition with the proposed special exception.
