PURPOSE OF HEARING — PUBLIC COMMENT AND TESTIMONY REGARDING THE
ABANDONMENT OF UNUSED UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE
SHADOW CREEK RANCH DEVELOPMENT. Mr. Darrin Coker, City Attorney.
STAFF REVIEW OF THE ADOPTION OF ABANDONMENT OF UNUSED UTILITY
EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE SHADOW CREEK RANCH
DEVELOPMENT. Mr. Darrin Coker, City Attorney.
City Attorney Darrin Coker stated this Public Hearing is regarding the abandonment of a
14 -foot easement located in Shadow Creek Ranch. The City will be abandoning an
easement that does not contain any utilities in exchange for another easement that is
granted to the City because Shadow Creek Ranch developed further to the south.
